As for last month’s question, here are the results.
Do You Want To Lose Weight?
59% Yes I have a good amount of weight to lose
27% Yes but only a few pounds
13% I really don’t have weight to lose, just tone up
0% No I am happy with the weight I am at
Why did I choose this as my first question, well because I believe it is good to know that we are not alone in our goals and that many people have similar goals when it comes to weight loss. I think many people don’t want to talk about losing weight and try to go at it alone. Sometimes it can be discouraging feeling alone when you are trying to lose weight and get healthy. But this here blog has shown me that though our individual goals may be slightly different we are not alone because the overall goal is shared by so many of us! We all seem to want to make our body a little healthier than what it is now and do it in a healthy way, and I think that is a great goal for all of us to have!!

Wow, isn't interesting that ZERO percent of us are happy with the way we are? Sad. :(
ReplyDeleteyeah, I noticed that too. :( I think many of us put doing stuff like working out far behind all the other daily stuff we have going on in our lives and that is why so many of us want to change something about ourselves because as it stands, it is currently not a priority. boo

ReplyDeleteMy pneumonia is finally gone and I stared on Monday with the 30 day challenge. I know I am a few weeks behind, but here I am - joining the race - better late than never right?
Wow Jenn, you're doing a great job. Keep up the good work. :) I haven't been very good lately and am hoping to get back to the habit. Am going to attempt at least 1.5 tomorrow at the gym. Gotta be tough!
