What I ate:
Breakfast – 2 cups coffee w/ 3 tsp creamer and sugar. Snack option 1: ½ a 12 grain bagel and 1 ½ tsp light cream cheese. (mmmmmmm)
Lunch –Snack option 2: ½ Turkey sandwich and 1 cup carrots
Mid-afternoon Snack – 1 apple
Dinner – 2 cups salad, 5 ounces tilapia, 1 cup beans, 3 tbsp Italian dressing, 1 cup cabbage soup
Water – 11 cups
Exercise – 40 minutes walking
Reaction – I was happy to start having other foods aka real foods!! Right around the time you start getting bored you get to switch to the next phase which is really nice. However, I think this phase is going to be hard because other than the snacks you have the same thing every day for 4 days.
What I liked – My fish…delicious! I also liked all the 150 calorie or less snack options available. You can pick two each day and there is a huge variety and it is nice to have those options.
What I didn’t like – Salad & beans are going to get old by the end of this phase
Challenges – Nothing really
